PAN STONE'S Research and Development Department works on mechanical and electrical design. We use the latest software to produce 2D and 3D designs and drawings. We also use computer aided stress-strain analysis system to design the most accurate components.
PAN STONE has its own electrical design division which can independently develop and design the required electrical systems. We also write any relevant PLC and touch screen programmes.
By integrating both mechanical and electrical design, PAN STONE can produce specialised and customised machines. From small to large tonnage machines with standard or customised moulds PAN STONE can deliver whatever the customer requires.
In 2008 PAN STONE invested in a large component machine factory. Large components can be manufactured, up to 7 metres long, 3.5 metres wide and 2 metres high. The machine is capable of simultaneously processing five axis of a single component. This five-axis bridge type machine is the largest one in the industry and produces components that are accurate stable and efficient.
PAN STONE'S Research and Development team are continuously developing new designs and technologies and applying for patents. It currently has 17 special patent technologies in use, with many more in the pipeline.
